Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. rolled oats -3tsp
  2. milk -1tsp
  3. eggs-4
  4. chopped onion -2tsp
  5. chopped Green chili-1tsp
  6. chopped capsicum-1tsp
  7. chopped carrot -2tsp
  8. salt
  9. pepper or chili powder
  10. olive oil


  1. Take all ingredients
  2. take oats in bolw and add 1 Tbsp of milk
  3. take egg and all ingredients in a mixing bolw
  4. now add oats to it
  5. now mix well and pour in the frying pan
  6. now make sure the egg should turn in golden brown both the sides
