Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Eggs 2
  2. Roasted oats 1 tbsp
  3. Lentil soaked overnight - 1 tbsp
  4. Onion 1/2 chopped finely
  5. Basil 1/2 tsp
  6. Parsley 1/2 tsp
  7. Green chilli paste 1/2 tsp
  8. Sesame seeds roasted 1/2 tsp
  9. Kasoori methi 1/4 tsp
  10. Olive oil 1/4 tsp
  11. Mozzarella cheese 1 tsp
  12. Butter 1 tbsp
  13. Salt and pepper as per taste
  14. coriander - to garnish


  1. Coarsely grind oats and lentils separately.
  2. Beat eggs.
  3. Add in oats and lentil, basil, parsley, roasted kasoori methi and roasted sesame seeds.
  4. Add salt, pepper, chilli paste, onion and olive oil. Mix well.
  5. Take nonstick tawa, heat half amount of butter.
  6. Spread mixture, make a thick Omelette.
  7. Cover it with lid and let it cook on slow flame.
  8. Turn after 3 to 5 minutes.
  9. Let the other side cook well.
  10. Serve with tomato ketchup or any spread of your choice.
