This dosa is very healthy and crispy. It's very easy to prepare. It doesn't need fermentation. whenever you feel like having it you can make them. it's best for kids

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/2 cup of Quinoa
  2. 1/4 cup of oats
  3. 1/4 cup of Lentils ( 2 tbsp of yellow Moong Dal, 2 tbsp of Chana dal and 3 tbsp of Urad Dal )
  4. 1 small piece of ginger finely chopped
  5. 2 Green chillies finely chopped
  6. 1 tsp of flex seeds powder
  7. 1 tsp of Red chilli powder
  8. 1/3 tsp of turmeric powder
  9. 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  10. 1/2 tsp of cumin powder
  11. salt as per taste
  12. 2 tbsp chopped coriander


  1. Rinse quinoa with water several times and keep aside.
  2. Rinse oats for 3 to 4 time with water and add it to quinoa.
  3. Wash lentils for 3 to 4 times with water and add to quinoa.
  4. Soak rinsed quinoa, oats and lentils in 2 cups of water overnight.
  5. Next day in the morning drain water from soaked Quinoa, oats and lentils.
  6. Add drained quinoa, oats, lentils, green chopped chillies and chopped ginger to the jar of blender.
  7. Blend it to smooth batter by adding little bit of water.
  8. 8. Remove batter in a bowl
  9. Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, chaat masala, flex seeds powder and cumin powder.
  10. Beat it with spoon for 2 minutes and keep
  11. Add chopped coriander and mix very well
  12. Heat non- stick pan or griddle and pour one big spoon full of batter and spread it in a circular motion.
  13. Drizzle oil on sides of a dosa and cook until the bottom side of a dosa becomes crispy.
  14. You can make cheese Dosa by add cheese on it.
  15. You can also add garlic Chutney on it.
  16. Transfer it to a plate and serve it with rasam and with your favourite chutneys
