One more recipe with fresh green peas and it becomes everyone's favorite. It is a yummy accompaniment for pulkas,rotis and all types of Indian bread flavoured rice and pulao.
I will surely try this.
Heat some oil in a pan and when it becomes hot, add onions, salt and saute it until slightly colored.
Add curry leaves, chopped coriander leaves, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, and cook till the raw flavors are gone.
Then add coriander powder, chili powder and thin slices of tomatoes, salt, green peas. Cover the pan with a lid and allow cooking for 2 minutes.
When the tomatoes are nicely mashed, add sugar and very little garam masala powder and mix well.
Adjust salt and switch off the flame
At last, add yogurt to this mixture and mix well.
Serve hot.
