Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Big brinjals 1kg
  2. Chopped onions 6
  3. Green chillies 2
  4. Green peas 1/2 cup
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Kasmiri lal mirch 1 teaspoon
  7. Green coriander
  8. Oil 4 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Grease d brinjals and roast on gas or oven
  2. Peel them and wash them
  3. Mash them properly.
  4. Heat oil in a kadahi.
  5. Add chopp chillies
  6. Add chopped onions and cook but it should be crunchy.
  7. Add chopped tomatoes cook untill soft.
  8. Add green peas and cover it
  9. Cook on low flame until peas are soft
  10. Add salt and kashmiri mirch.
  11. Stir well
  12. Add mashed brinjals
  13. Cook untill it mixed in masala.
  14. Add chopped coriander..
