Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup poha
  2. 1/2 cup jaggery
  3. 1/3 cup ghee
  4. 3-4 tbsp chopped nuts
  5. 1/4 teaspoon cardamom

Instructions

  1. Roast Poha until golden brown. Do not blacken it. Allow Poha to cool
  2. Heat 1 TSP ghee in a pan, roast nuts until golden brown. Keep it aside
  3. Grind Poha with cardamom to fine powder
  4. Add jaggery and grind again.Transfer mixture to bowl
  5. Add roasted nuts to bowl.Heat remaining ghee in a pan
  6. Add hot ghee to bowl.Immediately mix using a spoon
  7. While mixture is still warm, shape into Laddos. Cool completely and store in airtight container
