Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cups Chickpea Flour / Besan
  2. 1 cup Patla Poha / Thin Poha
  3. Pure Ghee As Per Requirement
  4. 7 to 8 Cashew nuts
  5. 4 to 5 Almonds
  6. 7 to 8 Pistachios
  7. 4 to 5 Walnuts
  8. 1 tbsp Raisins
  9. Powder Sugar As per Like
  10. 1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder

Instructions

  1. First Griended the Poha as a fine Powder into Mixi.
  2. Put Kadhai on the Gas to Heated it up.
  3. After Heated Poured some Pure Ghee in it then Added Chickpea Flour into it.
  4. Roasted the Chickpea Flour till its got Nice Golden Brown Colour & put it aside.
  5. Dry Roasted the Coarsely Griended Poha a Little.
  6. Then poured Little Ghee in same Kadhai & Sauted Cashew nuts, Almonds & Pistachios a little then put it aside.
  7. Then Added Raisins into same Kadhai & Sauted a little till it gots fluffy.
  8. Into Mixer put Almonds, Cashew nuts, & Pistachios & grinded Coarsely.
  9. Took the Big Broad Vessal then put & added all the Roasted Ingredients respectively into it & mixed well.
  10. Then Added Powder Sugar As Per how much sweet u want the Ladoos.
  11. Boiled ghee as per Requirement of making ladooes.
  12. Then Poured Hot melted Ghee & Cardamom Powder into that Vessal Mixed it well & made Medium Sized Ladoo.
  13. "Besan-Poha-DryFruits Ladoo" is Ready to Eat
