Besan ladoo is a very favourite sweet among all household.It is healthy and very tasty .children love to eat besan ladoos.we also offer besan ladoos to lord ganesha and lord hanuman . It is their favourite sweet.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 bowl mota besan
  2. 1 bowl melted desi ghee
  3. 1 bowl bura
  4. 1 teaspoon elaichi powder
  5. 8 _10 almonds for garnishing


  1. Heat desi ghee in kadai.
  2. Add besan.keep stirring on slow flame.
  3. Add elaichi powder.keep stirring unless besan get it's color change.
  4. U will notice change in color and ghee will appear on edges.it means your besan is ready.
  5. Switch off the flame.let it cool.
  6. When completely cool down add bura and mix properly .
  7. Now Greece your palms and take small portion of besan mix and make ladoos with the help of both palm.
  8. Garnish your ladoos with almonds.njoy.
