Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Potato...1/2kg
  2. Peas...1cup
  3. Tomato...3
  4. Kashmiri red chilli...5
  5. Garlic...10
  6. Ginger paste...1tspn
  7. Onion....1
  8. Saunff ...1tspn
  9. Cumin...1tspn
  10. Coriander...1tspn
  11. Cloves...4 to 5
  12. Cinnamon stick...1"
  13. Sugar...1/4teaspn
  14. Salt to taste
  15. oil

Instructions

  1. Boil tomato & kashmiri red chilli.
  2. Then peel off the tomato skin & make a paste of it.
  3. Heat oil , add chopped onion & garlic.Saute it for a while.
  4. Then add ginger paste & fry it for 2 to 3 minutes.Then add tomato gravy.Dry roast of saunff, cumin, coriander,cloves, cinnamon & make a powder of it.Mix it to the gravy
  5. Boil some potato & fry it in oil.
  6. Then add potatoes & peas in the gravy.Add 2 cup of hot water & cook it for 10 minutes in medium flame.
  7. It's ready now.Serve it with hot pooris & with any sweet dish.
