Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 cup moong dal soaked
  2. 1 cup Imli ki Chatni
  3. 1 cup pudiana chutney
  4. 1 cup boondi
  5. 1 cup sweeten curd
  6. 1 cup besan
  7. 6-7 pieces of palak ke patte
  8. oil for frying
  9. black pepper according to taste
  10. salt according to taste
  11. red chilli powder according to taste
  12. jeera powder according to taste
  13. one cup nylon sev
  14. 1 cup pomegranate seeds

Instructions

  1. First make a paste of moong dal pakodi soaking for 1 hr Grind in mixer and mix it well add some salt,red chilli powder an haladi fry it till it's golden
  2. In bowl add besan haladi,salt and red chilli powder and water in it make a thin slury add palak ke patte dip in beans mixture fry it till golden
  3. Than take a bowl add curd, sugar,salt and black pepper and jerra powder mix it well
  4. Now take martini glass add moong dal pakodi,add imli chutney and pudiana chutney
  5. Than add some boondi in it add curd mixture than again imli chutney and pudiana chutney
  6. Top it up with nylon sev and palak ka patta
  7. Serve it....
