Healthy side dish for rice and even idly and dosa. Veldt grape is good for digestion and cures all stomach problems. It will cure joint pain also

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Pirandai (veldt grape) 1 1/2cup
  2. Urad dal 1/4 cup
  3. Channa dal 1/4 cup
  4. Curry leaves 1/4 cup
  5. Red chilly 12 numbers
  6. Black pepper 1 teaspoon
  7. Tamarind a gooseberry size
  8. Garlic 10 numbers
  9. Salt
  10. Oil 1 tablespoon
  11. Hing 1/4 teaspoon
  12. Mustard 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Dry roast all ingredients one by one
  2. Grind it to fine powder
  3. Store in a dry airtight container
  4. Serve it with ghee with hot rice or idly or dosa
