Paneer Bhurji prepared with onion ,tomato and mini sweet peppers is tasty and goes well with Roti and Paratha.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup Chenna or paneer .
  2. 1 tomato chopped
  3. 1 small onion chopped
  4. 1 mini sweet pepper chopped
  5. 1/2 tsp ginger paste
  6. Salt and sugar to taste
  7. Pepper
  8. Nigella seeds 1/4 tsp
  9. Olive oil
  10. 1/2 tsp chopped coriander
  11. 1/2 Garam Masala
  12. Water


  1. Take 1-2 tsp in a flat pan,add nigella seeds and salt.Add chopped onions,pepper.
  2. Add tomatoes and paneer.Add 1/4 tsp sugar.
  3. Mix it well.Sprinkle some water.Add Garam Masala and coriander chopped.Paneer bhurji is ready.
