Wash & peel off the potatoes.
Cut them into wedges.
Cook the potatoes for 3 minutes into boiling water by adding a teaspoon of salt.
Drain the hot water and add the par boiled potatoes into chilled water & let it cool completely.
Drain the chilled water & let the potatoes get dry or use a cotton cloth to dry the potatoes.
In a bowl, add a teaspoon of oil, red chilly powder, cumin coriander powder, pizza seasoning (3/4 teaspoon), salt to taste & cornflour.
Add in the par boiled & dried potatoes. Mix it gently so that the spices coats the potatoes well.
Deep freeze the potatoes for 10-15 minutes.
Deep fry them at medium flame till it turns golden brown & crispy.
Sprinkle pizza seasoning over it & serve it hot with tomato ketchup.
