Basic recipe of baked potato wedges with little spices.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Large potatoes 2 (peeled and sliced into wedges)
  2. Olive oil 1 tablespoon
  3. Garlic cloves 2 Crushed
  4. salt as per taste
  5. Italian seasoning 1 tsp
  6. Chopped coriander leaves handful


  1. Preheat oven to 220 C.
  2. Grease baking tray.
  3. Put potato wedges in a large bowl and add crushed garlic.
  4. Drizzle olive oil.
  5. Sprinkle Italian seasoning, salt and coriander leaves.
  6. Toss wedges so that the mixture is coated properly.
  7. Place potato wedges on baking tray in a single layer.
  8. Bake for 25-30 mins on 220 C until the potato wedges are golden brown.
  9. Serve with ketchup/ green chutney/any dip.
