Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boiled eggs 6
  2. Chili sauce 2 tbsp
  3. Tangy tomato sauce 2 tablespoon
  4. Dahi 3/4 cup
  5. Kari Patta 25 to 30
  6. Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
  7. Cumin seed 1 teaspoon
  8. Mustard seed 1 teaspoon
  9. Ginger finely chop 1 tablespoon
  10. Garlic finely chopped 1 tablespoon
  11. Pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  12. Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
  13. Oil for frying
  14. Green chilli 3 to 4 finely chopped

Instructions

  1. First of all make 4 pieces from every boiled egg
  2. Sprinkle pepper powder and salt on cut eggs.
  3. Now make the batter of curd 'corn flour ,refined flour,'red chilly powder salt coriander powder.
  4. Sprinkle pepper powder and salt on boild eggs
  5. Take every egg piece and deep it in batter
  6. Put it in hot oil and fry it in oil.
  7. Now take another pan pour oil in it
  8. Add mustard seed,cumin seed and curry patta.
  9. Add green chilly, gingergarlic finely chopped
  10. When it turns in pinkish colour add curd and stir it.
  11. Now add red chilly sauce tomato sauce. Stir it continuously.
  12. After 5 minutes add fried eggs and stir it
  13. When the sauce absorbs in eggs properly ,switch off d flame.
  14. Take out in dish decorate it with coriander and serve hot.
