Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Bangalore Tomatoes 1/4 kg
  2. Peanut's 100gms
  3. Mustard seeds 40gms
  4. Ghee 2tsp
  5. Bay leaf 1
  6. Cloves 3
  7. Cinnamon 1 piece
  8. Cardoms 3 pieces
  9. Shajeera 1tsp
  10. Jeera powder half tsp
  11. Daniya 1 tsp
  12. Green chilli 2
  13. Chopped onion 1 cup
  14. Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
  15. Salt 1tsp
  16. Chilli powder 1 tsp
  17. Garam masala half tsp
  18. Turmeric powder half tsp
  19. Oil 2tsp
  20. Mint leaves half cup
  21. Fresh cream 1/4cup

Instructions

  1. Take fresh banglore tomatoes ripened cut by half
  2. Heat the pan put peanut,mustard fri as rawness left
  3. Transfer blender make fine powder
  4. Take tomatoes stuff that blend powder
  5. Heat the pan add ghee oil
  6. Add hole masalas when it's splits add onion, chillies
  7. As turn colour add ginger garlic paste cook 1 more min pour tamarind juice
  8. Put stuffed tomatoes on to onion gravy
  9. Then add salt,chilli powder, turmeric powder, daniya,jeera powder
  10. Close lid cook medium flame at 10 min add mint, coriander
  11. Add fresh cream mix up gently once tomatoes cooked
  12. Forms nice texture and nice Aroma take a serving plate
  13. Put stuffed tomatoes and gravy garnish with fresh cream with mint
  14. Ready to serve
