Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 10-12 cherry tomatoes
  2. 2 tomatoes
  3. A hand full of dried cranberries
  4. 1/ 2 a beet root
  5. 1 small carrot
  6. 1 cup sweetcorn
  7. 1 spring onion bulb
  8. 1 cup chopped scallions
  9. 1/2 a lime
  10. Some corriander
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Pepper as per taste

Instructions

  1. Peel beetroot carrot wash clean and cut small quarters
  2. Slit cherry tomatoes into halves,a handful of cranberries
  3. Blanch sweet corn
  4. Add some spring onion chopped, corriander
  5. Mix all these lightly adding corn ,salt and pepper as per taste
  6. Style your Tango Salad with sliced tomatoes, and spring onions
  7. Keep sliced lime and sprinkle some scallions
  8. Keep in fridge before use ten minutes
