Here I have used the Pepper and tomatoes with noodles n burritos innovatively

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For Noodles skewer
  2. 1/2 packet cooked Maggi
  3. 4 Paneer cubes
  4. 4 Tomato pieces
  5. 4 bell pepper pieces
  6. 2 tsp butter
  7. 1/2 tsp lemon
  8. 1/4 tsp Salt
  9. 1/4 tsp maggi masala
  10. For Burritos
  11. 2 cooked chapatis
  12. 2 tsp mayonnaise
  13. 2 tsp red chili sauce
  14. 1 tsp cheese spread
  15. half cucumber's juliennes
  16. half pepper's juliennes
  17. 1/2 tomato's juliennes
  18. 4 tsp cooked kidney beans
  19. Half tsp salt
  20. Half tsp black pepper
  21. half tsp oregano
  22. 1 tsp butter

Instructions

  1. For making the noodles cube - just keep the cooked noodles in ice tray and keep in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  2. In a small bowl mix the melted butter ,lemon juice and other spices.
  3. Grease the grill Pan using butter and just grill all four sides of the paneer n noodle's cubes n brush prepared mixture over them.
  4. After that insert bell pepper, tomato pieces, paneer and noodles cube in skewers. Brush them with prepared mixture n again grill them for few mins.
  5. For preparing vegetable burritos-
  6. Take a chapatis , apply cheese spread mayonnaise, sauces and place all the vegetables juliennes n cooked beans and sprinkle the spices mentioned.
  7. Fold the corner of chapati inside,n roll them in such a way the all the stuffing remain inside of the roll.
  8. Grease the grill Pan with butter and place the prepared burritos over it n cook it till all the sides of burritos turn golden .
  9. Cut the burritos diagonally, place them in a platter with noodles skewer and serve them with favorite sauce.
