Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Ching’s Hakka noodles 2-3
  2. 1 Red bell pepper chopped
  3. 1 yellow bell pepper chopped
  4. 8-9 beans chopped
  5. 4-5 strands of spring onion chopped
  6. Oil
  7. Salt
  8. Green chili optional
  9. 4-5 baby carrots chopped
  10. Prawn 6-7 large size peeled and washed
  11. Siracha sauce 2 tsp
  12. Tomato sauce 2 tsp
  13. Soya sauce 2 tsp


  1. Boil 3-4 cups of water,break and add the noodles in it.Add salt .Once the noodles are little soft,strain it .Put cold water and little oil over the Noodles,so that the Noodles will not be sticky to each other.
  2. In a flat pan,add 1 tsp of oil,add 1/2 tsp salt,1/2 tsp sugar and add the chopped vegetables.Fry it for sometime,add the noodles,1/2 tsp soya sauce and fry it on medium flame for 2-3 mins.Noodles is ready.
  3. In another flat pan,take oil,add 1/4 tsp salt,add the prawns,fry it for 2-3 minutes.Add siracha sauce,tomato sauce and soya sauce and cook it for 1/2 minutes.Sprinkle water and cook for 1 minute.Prawn is ready,add to the noodles and serv
  4. Adding green chilly is optional.
