Prawn Hakka Noodles

Ingredients to make Prawn Hakka Noodles

  • Boiled noodles - 2 bunches
  • Prawns - 100 gm
  • Chopped garlic - 1 tsp
  • Chopped ginger - 1 tsp
  • Chopped chillies - 1 tsp
  • Chopped vegetables (carrots, beans, bell peppers, spring onions) - 1/2 cup
  • Green chilli sauce - 2 tsp
  • Soy sauce - 1 tsp
  • Refined oil as required
  • salt as per taste

How to make Prawn Hakka Noodles

  1. Heat oil in a wok, add in the chopped ginger, garlic and chillies. Once the aroma develops, add in the vegetables.
  2. Saute on a high flame, then add the prawns and salt. Cook till the prawns are done. (Don't overcook it.)
  3. Next, add in the chilli sauce and salt. Mix it well and add in the boiled noodles. Finally add in the soy sauce and stir well.
