ABOUT Stir-fried Vegetable Noodles RECIPE

An easy and quick stir-fry style breakfast that is great for all occasions.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 pack egg noodles
  2. 2 onion sliced
  3. 1 capsicum diced
  4. 1/2 cup mixed vegetable (carrot, pea, broccoli, beans)
  5. 1 tsp vinegar
  6. 1 tbsp each tomato sauce, green chilli sauce,
  7. 1 tsp soy sauce
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Pepper 1 tsp
  10. Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Boil noodles. Drain and keep aside.
  2. In a pan, heat oil. Add ginger-garlic paste. Add onions and saute till soft.
  3. Add capsicum and mixed vegetables.
  4. Saute till soft. Add salt, pepper and sauces.
  5. Cook for 5 min.
  6. Serve hot.
