Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Egg 4
  2. Finely chopped onion 2
  3. Finely chopped tomato 2
  4. Finely chopped capsicum 1 cup
  5. Finely chopped green chilly 2
  6. Finely chopped coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  7. Roasted cumin seeds 1/4 tsp
  8. Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  9. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  10. Pao bhaji masala 1 tsp
  11. Grated ginger 1/2 tsp
  12. Asafoetida a pinch
  13. Salt to taste
  14. Oil 2 tbsp
  15. Butter 50 gms

Instructions

  1. Take a large bowl break the eggs
  2. Whisk the egg until fluffy
  3. Heat oil in a pan
  4. Add onion,asafoetida,green chilly, capsicum and ginger and saute for 2 - 3 minutes
  5. Add tomato and coriander leaves and cook for two mins
  6. Add butter,Pao bhaji masala,red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt and mix well
  7. Add eggs and stir continuously
  8. Add butter, roasted cumin seeds and coriander leaves and mix well
  9. Serve hot
