Simple and satisfying breakfast.... egg bhurji served with multigrain rotis

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Eggs ..., 3
  2. Onions ... 2
  3. Green chillies ... 2
  4. Tomato ... 1
  5. Turmeric powder... 1/4 tsp
  6. Coriander powder.... 1/2 tsp
  7. Cumin powder... 1/2 tsp
  8. Garam masala ..,. 1/2 tsp
  9. Red chilli powder... 1/4 tsp
  10. Salt ..,, to taste
  11. Coriander leaves... handful
  12. Oil .... 3 tbsps

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the finely chopped onions.
  2. When they are translucent tip in the chopped green chillies and tomato.
  3. Stir fry until the tomatoes are soft. Now add the salt and the mentioned spices.
  4. Stir to mix . Add the eggs and stir to cook.
  5. Finally finish with coriander leaves.
  6. Serve with mini multigrain rotis.
  7. Spoon some egg bhurji on them and serve.
