About Chicken stuffed chillies Recipe

Very delicious and goes well with biryani, parathas etc.

Chicken stuffed chillies

Ingredients to make Chicken stuffed chillies

  • 5 nos big chillies
  • 1 cup chicken keema
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1/2 tbsp chopped giner
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • For gravy
  • 5-6 cashew
  • 1 nos onion
  • 2 nos tomato
  • 4-5 garlic cloves
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 1 Stick cinnamon
  • 4 nos clove
  • 4 nos cardamom
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 cumin powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp Kasuri methi
  • salt as per taste

How to make Chicken stuffed chillies

  1. Cut the chilles to make pieces and clean the seeds. Mix all the ingredients with chicken Keema and stuff the chilli pieces.
  2. Heat oil and deep fry the stuffed chillies . Keep aside.
  3. In another pan heat oil and add cashews, onion , whole masalas, ginger, garlic and tomato. Fry for 2-3 minutes. Pour the fried masala in the mixer and ground them to paste.
  4. Strain the masala and reheat. Add all the dry powder masalas and cook till separate the oil.
  5. Add fried stuffed chillies and more fried cashew. Add half cup water and cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Add suger, salt and crushed Kasturi methi.
  7. Stuffed chillies are ready to serve with roti or rice.
