Ingredients to make Stuffed chillies

  • Bhavnagiri chillies (mirchi) 5-6 numbers
  • gram flour 3 tablespoon
  • roasted groundnuts powder 2 tablespoon
  • Ratlami sev 2 tablespoon
  • Beaten curd 3 tablespoon
  • sugar 1 teaspoon
  • coriander powder 12 tablespoon
  • fennal seeds(Sauf) 1 teaspoon
  • turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon
  • salt to taste
  • oil 1 + 2 tablespoon

How to make Stuffed chillies

  1. roast gram flour on low heat for 5 minute
  2. add all dry ingredient except curd
  3. roast for 2 to 3 minute more
  4. now add 50 mililitre water water to beaten curd (you can use butter milk in place of curd+water) and this to the roasted mixture
  5. cook covered for 2-3 minut
  6. now remove from heat add chopped coriander leaves. your stuffing is ready
  7. cut mirchi (single vertical cut) and remove all seeds carefully .
  8. stuff all chillis with above prepared mixture
  9. heat oil in a pan place all stuffed chillies carefully
  10. cook covered on low heat till properly done(mirchi soften )

My Tip:

extra masala (stuffing ) is there any then that can be added while cooking chillies

What is Ratlami Sev ? Is it Nylon Sev that is sprinkled on BHEL PURI ?

no it is little spicy sev.. available in any farsan mart...or you can use any other spicy sev. (not tikhi gathiya ,hard one)
