ABOUT Prasadi Sheera RECIPE

This Sheera Is Very Delicious & Yummy. Its Usally Makes On "Satyanarayan Bhagvan" ki Puja / Katha.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup Semilina / Suji / Rava
  2. 1 ripe banana
  3. 1 1/2 sugar
  4. 2 1/2 cups milk
  5. 3/4 cup Pure Ghee
  6. 1/2 tbsp Saffron Deeped in Little Milk
  7. Pinch of salt
  8. Any Dry Fruits for Garnish ( I used Cashew-nuts & Raisins )
  9. 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder

Instructions

  1. First Boild the Milk
  2. Then Mashed the Banana & put it aside
  3. Put Kadhai on Gas & poured 3/4 th cups pure ghee & heated it up.
  4. After ghee heated n melted added Semolina / Suji, Mashed Banana & Pinch of Salt then roasted the Semolina on a nice Golden Brown Colour.
  5. Then turned the Gas on Low Flame Poured Hot Milk into Semolina Mixture n kept stirring the & mixed all the Everything well.
  6. Then added Sugar, Saffron Deeped into Milk, Cardamom Powder & Mixed well.
  7. Took Some Pure Ghee into Kadhai & Sauted the Raisins & Cashew-nuts a Little and put it into Sheera.
  8. Finally Garnished the Sheera with Cashew and Raisins on Top.
  9. Prasadacha Sheera is Ready to Serve.
