Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2-3 red tomatoes (diced)
  2. 2 medium onion finely chopped
  3. 2-3 green chillies ( chopped)
  4. 1/2 inch ginger
  5. 3-4 garlic (chopped)
  6. 1/2 cup of each finely chopped cauliflower, potatoes,bell pepper, paneer, bottle gourd, ridged gourd
  7. 1/2 cup of grated coconut
  8. 1/2 cup of whipped curd
  9. 4 almond
  10. 1 tea spoon of turmeric powder,red chilli powder, coriander powder
  11. 1/2 tsp of garam masala
  12. 1 bay leaf, 1-2 cloves, 1 cardamom


  1. In a pan take 2 to 3 tablespoon of oil and fry all the vegetables for 5 to 10 minutes
  2. In a pan take 2 to 3 tablespoon of oil and add mustard seeds to splutter
  3. add chopped garlic ginger and Green Chili and fry for 2 minutes
  4. after that add chopped onions and fry for 2 minutes
  5. Add grated coconut grated almonds and fry for a while and add tomato and fry for 5 minutes
  6. switch off the gas and keep the ingredients cool
  7. After cooling just grind all the ingredients in a grider and make a paste
  8. now at 2 to 3 tablespoon of oil in a pan and after that add cardamom,cloves, bay leaf
  9. after this and paste and add all the dried powder masala and fry for 5-7 minutes
  10. Add all the vegetables fried earlier and cook for few minutes.
  11. After this slowly add curd and fry on low flame.
  12. Add salt as per taste and add water as per required and cook for 10 minutes.
  13. Serve it with hot chapatis or rice with grated coconut and Almonds on it.
