Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Capsicum 200gm
  2. French Beans 100gm
  3. baby corn - 1/4 th cup
  4. Potato 2
  5. Onion 2.
  6. Tomato 2
  7. Spinach 100 gm
  8. Bottle guard 250gm
  9. Milk 1 cup
  10. Fresh cream 1/2 cup
  11. sugar 1 teaspoon
  12. Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
  13. Salt
  14. Some almonds and cashewnuts for garnishing


  1. Cut all vegetables n keep them in pressure cooker add 1/2 cup milk and one 1 teaspoon sugar and allow two whistle.
  2. Cut spinach than take 1/2 cup milk in a pan and add spinach into it n cook on medium flame for 8-10 mins.
  3. Keep a pan and one spoon oil and heat it up add chopped onion fry it till golden brown add ginger garlic paste after that add the tomato paste and cook for 8-10 mins on low flame add salt according to taste , and fresh cream
  4. Then add all steamed veggies including spinach. Cover the lid and cook for 5 mins on low flame.
  5. Take some chopped cashews and almonds n fry them in ghee,pour over the prepared navratan corma. Serve with roti or parataas.
