Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Sabudana...1 cup...150 grams approx
  2. Roasted peanuts...1/2 cup
  3. Boiled...potato...1 big size
  4. Sendha namak (rock salt) to taste
  5. Green chillies...2
  6. Oil...1 tea spoon
  7. Lemon juice of one lemon
  8. Coriander leaves chopped...1 tea spoon
  9. Cuury leaves...1 sprig

Instructions

  1. Soak sabudana for 20 minutes and then put it in seive, tap nicely so that there is no water in it and then keep it aside for atleast 3 hours
  2. Perl and chop all the potatoes in small pieces
  3. Crush peanuts coarsely in pestle and mortar
  4. Now heat a non stick pan, put green chillies, and curry leaves and let it cook for a while, now add potatoes with a pinch of sendha namak and let it cook for 2 minutes
  5. Now add sabudana and let it saute, add peanuts with more sendha namak to taste
  6. Cover it and let it cook till done
  7. Add lemon juice and coriander leaves and serve
