Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup Sabudana
  2. 2 tablespoons singhare flour
  3. 250 gram pumpkins
  4. 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  5. 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
  6. 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
  7. 1 tablespoon chopped coriander
  8. 1 green chili chopped
  9. 1 teaspoon oil
  10. Rock Salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. Firstly take sabudana and sokaed for 10 minutes.
  2. Then in bowl put Sabudana, singhara flour, red chilli powder, rock salt, coriander, green chili, cumin powder and mix it nicely.
  3. Then with mixture make small balls.
  4. Now take appe pan put all the balls in cavity.
  5. Now on tawa put appe pan and Cover the lid and cooked on low flame for 10 minutes. After that your approval is ready.
  6. Now we make sauce with pumpkins.
  7. Firstly boiled the pumpkins and in grinder make the puree.
  8. Take pan put oil heat it then add singhare flour and roast it.
  9. Then add pumpkins puree, salt and black pepper and saute till puree thicken. Your sauce is ready.
  10. Now put Sabudana Appe in pumpkins sauce and enjoy it.
