Beetroot masala pazzta is a healthy version of pasta . Now kids can easily eat beetroot with their yummy meggi pazzta .

Maggi Beetroot Pazzta

Ingredients to make Maggi Beetroot Pazzta

  • 1 packet maggi pazzta masala penne
  • 1/2 cup grated beetroot
  • water for boiling
  • 1tbsp canola oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped spring onion
  • 1/2 cup beetroot paste
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1 green chilli chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 1tbsp Pazzta tastemaker
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1tsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp Dried Basil leaves
  • 1 tbsp Chopped cilantro
  • 1 small cube cheese

How to make Maggi Beetroot Pazzta

  1. ADD 1 PACKET MAGGI MASALA PENNE PAZZTA, 1/2 CUP GRATED BEETROOT TO 2 CUPS HOT WATER
  2. COVER & BRING TO A BOIL, COOK TILL DONE
  3. STRAIN & SET ASIDE THE COOKED PAZZTA
  4. HEAT 1 TBSP OIL, ADD 1 TSP CHOPPED GARLIC, SAUTE UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN
  5. ADD 1 FINELY CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI
  6. ADD 1/2 CUP EACH OF CHOPPED SPRING ONIONS & BEETROOT PASTE, SAUTE UNTIL TRANSLUCENT
  7. ADD THE PAZZTA TASTEMAKER, 1/4 TSP PEPPER, 1 TSP TOMATO SAUCE, SALT, MIX
  8. ADD THE COOKED PAZZTA, MIX
  9. ADD 1 TSP DRIED BASIL, 1 TBSP CHOPPED FRESH CORIANDER
  10. ADD 1 CUBE OF GRATED CHEESE ON TOP, MIX & TAKE OFF HEAT
  11. HEALTHY & DELICIOUS BEETROOT PAZZTA IS READY, SERVE HOT
