Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup samak rice
  2. 2 tbsp sabudana
  3. 4 boiled potatoes
  4. Half tbsp turmeric powder
  5. Half tbsp mustard seeds
  6. 2 green chillies chopped
  7. Some chopped coriander
  8. Sendha namak to taste
  9. Little ghee for brushing the tawa and tempering


  1. Make paste of sabudana and samak rice using water and some salt and keep aside
  2. Heat one tbsp ghee in pan and mustard seeds green chillies and saute
  3. Add turmeric powder salt and mashed boiled potatoes and mix well
  4. Sprinkle chopped coriander and keep aside
  5. Now heat dosa tawa and brush some ghee on it
  6. Spread the samak rice batter to make dosa and cook till done
  7. Place some potato stuffing on it on roll
  8. Serve hot with green chutney
