phirni is made on Id and I gave little twist to phirni by giving it caramel taste believe me it was awesome,here I added Hersheys caramel syrup to phirni so friends lets make caramelized phirni

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Rice 1 cup
  2. Milk 1 liter
  3. Brown Sugar 1/2 cup
  4. Hersheys syrup 1/2 cup
  5. some silverd almonds
  6. some silvered pistachio


  1. wash rice and soak for 1 hour
  2. strain water and dry rice on towel for 5-6 hours
  3. grind dry rice in mixer
  4. do not powder it
  5. it should be grainy
  6. keep milk for boiling
  7. as soon as it boils add powder rice
  8. boil till rice gets cooked and milk becomes thicker
  9. add brown sugar and let it melt
  10. now add almonds and pistachio
  11. save some for garnishing
  12. now switch off the flame
  13. add Hersheys caramel syrup
  14. give a good stir to it
  15. now remove in individual bowls
  16. garnish with pistachio and syrup
  17. keep in fridge for sometime
  18. chill it and serve
