Ingredients to make Semiya halwa

  • Semiya/vermicelli 50 grams(roasted)
  • water 1 cup(100 ml)
  • 1 semi crushed cardamom
  • sugar 6 tbsp
  • 4-5 drops orange food colour(optional)

How to make Semiya halwa

  1. TAKE 1 CUP WATER ,50 GRAMS SEMIYA/VERMICELLI,6 TBSP SUGAR,1 SEMI CRUSHED CARDAMOM,ORANGE FOOD COLOUR
  2. COOK
  3. COOK ON A MEDIUM FLAME TILL THE WATER DRIES UP.ADD SUGAR.MIX.
  4. ADD CARDAMOM,4-5 DROPS ORANGE FOOD COLOUR.MIX.
  5. WHEN THE WATER FROM THE SUGAR DRIES UP, COVER IT WITH A LID AND REMOVE FROM THE STOVE.READY.ENJOY!
