Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup sabudana
  2. 1 boil mashed potatoe
  3. 2 tbs rosted peanuts
  4. 1/4 tsp oil
  5. 1 tsp salt
  6. 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  7. 1 cup cooriander leave
  8. 2 to 3 green chilli
  9. 1/2 cup pudina leaves

Instructions

  1. Firstly in a mixer jaar put corrainder leaves, pudina leaves , green chilli, salt, black pepper grind them make a fine paste. Green paste is ready
  2. Soak sabudana for 2 hours.
  3. Now take a bowl add soak sabudana, boli potatoe, green paste, cumin powder, salt, peanuts, lemon juice mix well nd give any shape of cutlet.
  4. Now take a pan add 2 tbs heat oil shallow fry cullet on slow flame from both sides. Nd serve them wth chutney.
