Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup rice flour
  2. 1 large egg
  3. 4 tablespoon semolina
  4. water as per requirement
  5. 1 chicken breast
  6. 1 medium sized onion
  7. 1-2 green chillies
  8. ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
  9. tomato ketchup 1 tablespoon
  10. pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  11. chilli flakes 1 teaspoon
  12. soya sauce 1 teaspoon
  13. vinegar 1 teaspoon
  14. oil 5-6 tablespoon
  15. salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. take one beaten egg , along with a cup of rice flour, 4 tablespoon of semolina and a pinch of salt in a big bowl. gradually add water and make a smooth batter.
  2. heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion. fry them till little brown.
  3. next add chopped green chilli and ginger - garlic paste . fry till the raw smell gone .
  4. next add tomato ketchup, black pepper powder, chilli flakes and salt . fry for sometime.
  5. add vinegar and soya sauce .
  6. add chopped chicken breast. fry on medium flame till the chicken are done
  7. heat a tawa and brush some oil on it. put one spoon batter and spread it like crepe.
  8. put the cooked chicken filling at the middle .
  9. fold it . chicken patisapta is ready
