ABOUT Chocolate Patisapta RECIPE

Patisapta is a traditional Indian dessert which is made of rice flour. I have added chocolate for a better taste and flavour for choco lovers.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Cocoa powder 300gm
  2. Condensed milk 300 gm
  3. Milk 1 cup
  4. Rice flour 1/3 cup
  5. Flour 1/3 cup
  6. Chocochips or chocolate syrup 2 tbs
  7. For stuffing - white sweetened chocolate 300 gm
  8. Condensed milk 200gm
  9. Khoya 200gm

Instructions

  1. Making of stuffing/ filling - melt white chocolate
  2. Add khoya in the melted white chocolate and mix well till there are no lumps
  3. Add condensed milk to it
  4. Keep the mixer aside
  5. Making of Patisapta - in a separate bowl mix cocoa powder, rice flour, flour, condensed milk and milk and make a semi liquid batter
  6. Grease the tawa with ghee
  7. Take a ladleful batter
  8. Pour and Spread it on the tawa
  9. Stuff with white chocolate stuffing made before
  10. Roll the patisapta along with the stuffing
  11. Serve the patisapta with chocolate syrup or chocochips
