Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Suji 1 1/2 cup
  2. Water 1/2 cup
  3. Oil for batter 1/4 cup
  4. Oil for frying golgappa 4 cup
  5. Curd 2 cups
  6. Green chutney 4 tablespoon
  7. Red chutney 1 cup
  8. Red pepper powder 2 teaspoon
  9. Boondi 4 tablespoon
  10. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add suji and oil and mix well. Now by adding little little water make its smooth dough and leave it for 20 minutes.
  2. Now heat the oil on gas.
  3. Now make give it a size of small bowls and roll it with rolling pin.
  4. Now fry it into the heated oil and then put it on paper towel.
  5. Now take puris add curd, then add green chutney, then add red chutney and the sprinkle some salt.
  6. Now sprinkle laal mirch powder and some boondi and then serve it.
  7. Eat and enjoy.
