Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Buckwheat kuttu atta 200gms
  2. Boiled potato 1 medium size
  3. 1tsp chilli powder
  4. 1tsp salt
  5. Cumin powder half tsp
  6. Daniya powder half tsp
  7. Garam masala half tsp
  8. Haldi half tsp
  9. Samak rice hakf cup
  10. White jeera powder half tsp
  11. Filling::roasted peanuts 1cup
  12. Roasted red chilli 2
  13. Half tsp jeera
  14. Salt half tsp
  15. Spring onion for garnish

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl put all items to make doe add 2tsp oil
  2. With in this moisture mix up well add little water to make doe
  3. With the help of plam make kneaded doe
  4. Mean while put all items in a blender make roughly crush it for filling
  5. Take small amount of kuttu atta put peanuts crush
  6. Close look like potli shape it
  7. Brush up potli with butter Coat with samak rice
  8. Heat an oil leave in it fri well up to brownie take out tissue paper
  9. Garnish with spring onion serve with tomato sauce
