Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 cup rice flour
  2. 1/4 cup soaked gram pulse
  3. 4 cloves garlic
  4. Salt as per taste
  5. 1/2 spoon red chilli powder
  6. 1/2 spoon garam masala
  7. 1/2 spoon dried mango powder
  8. 2 spoon oil
  9. Water
  10. 1/2 spoon mustard seeds
  11. 1/2 spoon white sesame seeds
  12. 2 dry red chilli
  13. 3/4 spoon chat masala

Instructions

  1. Grind gram pulse along with garlic
  2. Mix salt,red chilli powder,garam masala and mango powder
  3. Mix salt in rice flour and knead a soft dough
  4. Devide the dough in equal portions and roll into a thick circle
  5. Put 1 spoon of stuffing and seal the edges by applying water
  6. Put in boiling water and boil for 10 minutes
  7. Cut into pieces
  8. Heat oil in a pan
  9. Add mustard seeds,seasme seeds and dry chilli
  10. Add pittha and stir for 2 minutes
  11. Sprinkle chat masala and serve hot
