Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. moong dal 1 cup
  2. Palm jaggery 3/4 cup
  3. cashew 10
  4. badam 10
  5. Pista 10
  6. cardamom 3
  7. Ghee 100 ml

Instructions

  1. Roast the Moong dal in slow fire until nice aroma will came.
  2. Take mixie jar and To grind the moongdal and cardamom together
  3. To add palm jaggery to moongdal powder and again grind
  4. In a kadai, add ghee and roast all nuts.
  5. Add nuts to moongdal powder and again grind
  6. Take bowl and put the powder
  7. Heat the ghee and it to the powder. Mix well and make laddu on light heat
  8. Palm jaggery moongdal laddu ready
