Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Poha -1 cup
  2. Rava 1/4 cup
  3. Curd 1 cup
  4. Water 1/2 cup
  5. Mixed vegetables 3/4 cup(carrot,beans,potato etc)
  6. Coriander leaves few
  7. Ginger green chilli paste 1 teaspoon
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
  10. Oil 2 tablespoons
  11. Grated cheese 1/8 cup


  1. Dry roast poha for few minutes and grind them to fine powder. Preheat oven at 180 degrees for ten minutes
  2. In a kadai add oil and saute the vegetables and ginger green chili paste for few minutes until raw smell goes away and switch off the flame
  3. Now mix all the ingredients given except cheese and leave it for fifteen minutes
  4. Now if the mixture is very thick add little water
  5. Grease the muffin tray with oil and fill it three fourth with the mixture and bake it for about thirty minutes
  6. After thirty minutes add grated cheese to the muffins and bake for another three minutes
  7. Healthy poha breakfast muffins are ready to be served
