Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup coarsely grinded dry poha
  2. 1/2 cup chopped potatoes
  3. 3 tbsp onion
  4. 2 tbsp Finley chopped carrot
  5. 2 tbsp finley chopped red belpaper
  6. 2 tbsp finely chopped green belpaper
  7. 2 tbsp green peas
  8. 3 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  9. 1 tbsp chopped green chilli
  10. 3 +1 tbsp curd
  11. 2 tbsp oil
  12. 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  13. 2 tsp fruitsalt
  14. Salt to taste
  15. Water as needed

Instructions

  1. Take big bowl and add grinded poha, chopped potatoes,onion,belpapers, green peas,chilli, coriander leaves, sugar, salt, 3 tbsp curd and 1 cup water.
  2. Mix all ingredients very well but gently.
  3. Keep aside to rest for 10 minutes.
  4. Mixture become dry, then add more 1 tbsp curd, 1/2 cup water, oil and fruitsalt.
  5. Now mix very well now it is soft consistency of batter.
  6. Now fill muffins cup with prepared mixture.
  7. Bake on 180 degree for 25 minutes.
