Water Chestnut cake ( singhara cake )

Ingredients to make Water Chestnut cake ( singhara cake )

  • Singhara flour 1 cup
  • Baking powder 1 tbs
  • baking soda 1/2 tbs
  • dates 10
  • Fig 5-6
  • Powder suger 1/4 cup
  • Desi ghee 1/3 cup
  • Milk 1/4 cup

How to make Water Chestnut cake ( singhara cake )

  1. Soak dates and fig in warm milk , for a 1 hour
  2. It become soft now blend it smoothly , there will be a crush of fig and dates give the brown colour .
  3. Take a mixing bowl add singhada flour baking powder baking soda , and suger mix it well
  4. Add ghee and mix it well . no lumbs
  5. Now add wet mixture . mix it throughoutly
  6. Preheat the microvave
  7. Greese the cake tin pour the batter
  8. Tap and bake it 180° for 20-25 minute
  9. Fasting cake is ready insert the toothpick .
  10. Demould it .
  11. Cut the pieces and serve it .
  12. Decorate with decicated coconute
