Hershey's Chocolate Tea Cake

Ingredients to make Hershey's Chocolate Tea Cake

  • Refined flour 100 gms
  • caster sugar 180 gms
  • butter 70 gms
  • Hershey's Cocoa powder 30 gms
  • Hot Hershey's chocolate syrup 2 tbsp
  • Vanilla essence 1tsp
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • salt a pinch
  • eggs 2

How to make Hershey's Chocolate Tea Cake

  1. Take tea cake mould grease with butter place the baking paper keep aside
  2. Preheat the oven at 180*c
  3. Sift the flour , baking powder , cocoa powder then transfer into a bowl
  4. Take bowl add in butter and sugar beat well till creamy
  5. Now add eggs , vanilla essence beat well till smooth batter
  6. Add the hot chocolate syrup and beat again
  7. Make smooth batter add flour mixture mix well with spatula or beat
  8. Put the batter into greased cake mould and bake in a pre- heated oven for 15 to 20 minutes
  9. Remove from the oven and leave to cool something
  10. Ready to serve

My Tip:

We can add 2 tbsp hot water for smooth batter
