ABOUT Mini paneer paratha sandwhich RECIPE

I have made small paneer parathas. In between two parathas i have filled chocolate spread . Can also make sandwhiches using fruit jam.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Paneer 200 grams
  2. Wheat flour 1 cup
  3. Garam masala 1 tsp
  4. Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  5. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  6. Curd 2 tbsp
  7. Ghee for frying
  8. Salt to taste
  9. chocolate spread or fruit jam 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Soak paneer in warm water for 10 min
  2. Grate paneer.
  3. Add wheat flour, turmeric powder , red chilli powder, garam masala, curd, salt and water and knead into a soft dough
  4. Set aside for 15 minutes
  5. Make small balls
  6. Spread into small thin circles on heated tawa and fry in ghee
  7. In between two mini parathas apply thick layer of chocolate spread or fruit jam
