This recipes is my all time favourite .it is super healthy and tasty

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 250 gm paneer
  2. Tomato 3
  3. Onion 2
  4. Green Chilli 2
  5. Cashew 14 (soak in water )
  6. Cream 4 tbsp
  7. Ghee or butter tbsp
  8. Black pepper powder 1/4tbsp
  9. Cinnamon powder 1tbsp
  10. Nutmeg powder 1/3tbsp
  11. For paratha:-
  12. Wheat flour 200 gm
  13. Milk 4 tbsp (for dough)
  14. Ghee or butter 4tbsp
  15. Salt to taste.

Instructions

  1. 1st boil tomato, Onion, Green Chilli. For 5 minutes
  2. Add cashew &grind it
  3. Heat a pan add desi ghee
  4. Add puree and spices &salt
  5. Cook it for 5 minutes in medium flame
  6. Cut paneer as per your choice.
  7. While gravy is cook add paneer
  8. Garnish with dry kasori methi
  9. For paratha need a dough (flour,salt,milk,water as need)
  10. Flatter roti pour ghee spread properly dust wheat flour &fold it .again roll &cook with ghee
