Ingredients to make Paneer lababdar & lachha paratha

  • 250 gm paneer
  • tomato 3
  • onion 2
  • Green chilli 2
  • cashew 14 (soak in water )
  • cream 4 tbsp
  • Ghee or butter tbsp
  • Black pepper powder 1/4tbsp
  • cinnamon powder 1tbsp
  • nutmeg powder 1/3tbsp
  • For paratha:-
  • wheat flour 200 gm
  • Milk 4 tbsp (for dough)
  • Ghee or butter 4tbsp
  • salt to taste.

How to make Paneer lababdar & lachha paratha

  1. 1st boil tomato, Onion, Green Chilli. For 5 minutes
  2. Add cashew &grind it
  3. Heat a pan add desi ghee
  4. Add puree and spices &salt
  5. Cook it for 5 minutes in medium flame
  6. Cut paneer as per your choice.
  7. While gravy is cook add paneer
  8. Garnish with dry kasori methi
  9. For paratha need a dough (flour,salt,milk,water as need)
  10. Flatter roti pour ghee spread properly dust wheat flour &fold it .again roll &cook with ghee

My Tip:

If paneer is hard then boil it for 2 minutes in medium flame
