  • 1 hakka noodles packet
  • Sliced onions
  • Sliced capsicums
  • Sliced spring onions
  • Shredded carrots
  • Schezwan chutney
  • Soy sauce
  • chilli garlic sauce

How to make Makhni noodles

  1. For the makhani noodles, make a sauce by simmering ching's secret schezwan chutney, chilli garlic sauce and soy sauce together.
  2. In a large pan, saute the sliced onions, capsicum and shredded carrots for a minute. Add this sauce and 2 tbsp of amul fresh cream.
  3. Mix it properly and add boiled noodles, spring onions to it.
  4. Serve it hot garnished with spring onions. Trust me it melts in the mouth!
