ABOUT CHICKEN BREAD CUPS RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 7

  1. 1. Boneless chicken  -  100gm ( marinate the chicken pieces with 1/4 tspn pepper powder, salt and Red chilli powder. Shallow fry the chicken and chop into small pieces )
  2. 2. Onion  - 1 small chopped
  3. 3. Garlic  -  2 cloves chopped
  4. 4. Cooked Sweet corn  -  2 tbspn
  5. 5. Greenchilli as per your taste
  6. 6. Pepper powder    
  7. 7. Salt
  8. 8. Garam masala  -  1/2 tspn
  9. 9. Oil for making masala
  10. 10. Butter for greasing the pan
  11. 11. Mozeralla cheese
  12. 12. Bread slices
  13. 13. Tomato ketchup
  14. 14. Pizza sauce or mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions and garlic. Saute it for a minutes.
  2. Add greenchilli and cooked sweet corn. Mix well.
  3. Add pepper powder, garam masala and salt. Stir and cook for a minutes.
  4. Add fried chicken and cook it for 5 minutes. Switch off the flame. Cool it.
  5. To assemble the bread cups : Cut the bread slices to circles with a lid. Grease the cup cake pan with butter.
  6. Slowly press the bread circles in the greased cup cake pan ( picture 3 ).
  7. Put little pizza sauce or mayonnaise into the prepared bread cups ( picture 4 ) and fill the above chicken masala mix.
  8. On top of chicken mix spread some tomato ketchup and top it with mozeralla cheese.
  9. Sprinkle some coriander leaves on top. Preheat the oven to 180 degree and bake it for 10 - 20 minutes or till the top and bottom turn crisp and the cheese melts nicely. Serve immediately.
