                  This bread is shaped like a sunflower with a filling of chicken and each bite is a delicious one.
      
          First add milk, yeast and sugar in a bowl and mix well.cover and keep for 10 mins to activate
In a bowl add maida ,activated yeast,salt,baking powder.oil and mix well with warm water to make a smooth dough
Cover and keep aside for 2 hrs to double in size.
Chicken filling;
Clean and cut the chicken into small cubes
In a pan add butter and oil and add onions saute it
Now add the chicken and cook well
Add the green chillies and all masalas ,salt and saute well
When it is dry add the garam masala and coriander and add lemon juice to taste
Filling is ready
After 2 hours the dough is doubled
Knead it again and make a ball and roll it
Keep the filling in the centre and then in a ring shape
Place another rolled dough upon this
Press the areas where filling is not there and keep a glass on the centre to form round shape
Leaving the glass placed area cut lenghwise all around the dough
                      Now twist the cut portion one by one so that the filling is turned up
Now put the sesame seeds on the top
Brush with egg on the top to get a nice colour
Now bake this bread in a preheated oven at 180 degree for about 15 mins
Enjoy with ketchup or sauce
